I got three things from this post:
• I want to try Conchas and other goodies at Mariela's Panaderia here in Austin.
• Thanks to her recipe I will try to make some of my own.
• I learned some things I didn't know about Mexican baking, history and food culture.

That's really all there is, and reading anything more into it is just fantasy.
