I bake your no-knead sourdough bread all the time. It cooks up into a lovely loaf using the Emile Henry loaf baking dish. But no matter how I score the top of the bread, I end up with a big split down the middle instead of where I scored it. Any idea how to fix this. The bread is moist and tangy and delicious, it just looks a little strange
