Please stop saying Latinx and please stop wanting to be overly including and say that Mexican pan dulce is a Latin American thing. No. Mexican pan dulce is fully Mexican and Latin America does not have these traditions or these baked breads. It was the French occupation of Mexico that resulted in pan dulce. The rest of Latin America did not have such history and they have nothing like Mexican Pan dulce.
