Hi! I have been creating my starter following your instructions. I thought everything was going well, but the morning of day 5 I found that I have a few black fuzzy dots along with a lot of white fuzzy mold in my crock. I'm using your Classic Sourdough Crock and keeping it in a Brod and Taylor Sourdough Home. I'm sure I've done something wrong. Can you offer any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
