I love your flours and only purchase your brand.
However, those of us that live at high altitude are really left out when there are no high altitude instructions.
We who live at higher elevations have general knowledge of how to adjust our baked goods but it doesn’t always work.
Please think about including high altitude instructions with your recipes.
