Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 pieces ribeye steak
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Lea and Perrins sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or calamansi juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Procedure:

1)  In a shallow dish, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, Lea and Perrins and minced garlic.  Season with salt and pepper.

2)  Marinate steak for 30 minutes.

3)  In a non stick pan, melt butter.  Sautè ribeye steak one or two at time for four minutes on each side.

4)  Serve immediately.

    Hello! That steak looked so delish! In one of my disasters in the kitchen, I tried that but the meat was so hard! It all ended up in the bin. Hay!
