Ingredients:

Procedure:

Arrange fresh basil leaves on a small plate, then arrange mozarella and tomatoes alternately on top of the leaves.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Mix the vinegar and oil together in a small bowl then pour over the salad.  Enjoy!  🙂

    Love the cobination and do it often, specially in Summer.
    To season, I use extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and smashed dry oregano leafs on top. Yummy and healthy!

    I love the breakfast sandwich in Starbucks.. getting addicted to it. It has mozzarella, tomato and basil on multigrain bagel. so yummy! 😀
