1)  Heat oven to 350°F.  In large sauce pot over high heat, bring 4 quarts salted water to a boil,  Reduce heat and cook ribs 30 minutes, or until tender.

2)  Place ribs on rack set in foil-lined roasting pan.  In bowl, combine chili sauce, maple syrup, mustard and garlic.

3)  Brush both sides of ribs with sauce mixture.  Roast 25 minutes, or until fork-tender, basting frequently.
