This barbecue rub is perfect for chicken and ribs.
Makes 3/4 cup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. each paprika and smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 Tbs. each ground black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- In bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to airtight container and store in cool dry place.
