- 1 1/2 Tbs. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs. each granulated sugar, kosher salt and packed brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbs. each celery salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard and ground cumin
- In bowl, combine all ingredients, Transfer to airtight container and store in cool dry place.
