Makes 1 cup
- 1/4 cup each kosher salt and cracked black pepper
- 2 Tbs. paprika
- 1 1.2 Tbs. chili powder
- 1 Tbs. each garlic powder and cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. each ground cumin, dried oregano and dried thyme.
- In bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to airtight container and store in cool dry place.
