Ever since I was diagnosed with a gallstone, I started eating healthier meals. I should have had it removed, but I wanted to try holistic healing. So far, acupuncture, turmeric and apple cider vinegar works for me.
I also avoided eating beef and pork and had only chicken breast and fish. I have always loved eating vegetables, so eating more was never a problem with me. Instead of frying my food (oh, how I loved fried food!), I tried to bake them. French fries are one of my favorite comfort foods, but since I can’t have the store bought fries anymore, I make my own.
