Here are 4 great ways to make your favorite condiment even more amazing.

Chili-Lime – Stir in 1  minced chipotle pepper in adobo sauce and the juice of 1/2 lime.  Spread on beef or turkey burgers.

Zesty Horseradish – Stir in 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish and the zest of 1/2 lemon.  Serve with fish sticks or fried seafood for dipping.

Maple Barbecue –  Stir in 2 tablespoons maple syrup and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce.  Serve with chicken fingers or french fries.

Asian – Stir in 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 chopped scallions and 2 teaspoons minced ginger root.  Spread on salmon or tuna burgers.

    the chili-lime and maple ketchup is interesting. My own variations only has plain ketchup with worcesteshire.
    Or ketchup with maybe two different kinds of hot sauce.
    Also, the asian mix, I use a similar recipe with soy sauce and that’s already my asian barbecue marinade.
