Here are 4 ways to dress up our favorite mayonnaise.

Roasted Red Pepper – Purée with 1 peeled roasted red pepper until smooth.  Serve with sliced vegetables for dipping.

Pesto – Stir in 2 tablespoons prepared pesto and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.  Spread on grilled cheese or chicken sandwiches.

Tartar – Stir in 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 1 tablespoon chopped capers and a squeeze of lemon.  Serve with fried fish or crab cakes.

Caesar – Purée with 1 anchovy fillet, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and the juice of 1/2 lemon until smooth.  Toss with romaine lettuce.
