Tired of the good old mustard? Here are some ideas to make it more yummy.
Herb – Whisk in 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and 1 teaspoon each minced thyme and rosemary. Serve with grilled steak.
Sweet Citrus – Stir in 3 tablespoons orange marmalade and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve with grilled chicken or salmon.
Raspberry – Purée with 1/2 cup raspberry (I tried raspberry preserves and it’s yummy too) and a spoonful of honey until smooth. Spread on ham or turkey sandwiches.
Creole – Stir in 1 teaspoon prepared Creole seasoning, blend, and add a few dashes of hot sauce. Serve with grilled shrimp or chicken.
