The next time you’re making salsa, don’t bother seeding the tomatoes.  The seeds and jelly contain three times the amount of glutamic acid as the flesh.  That’s the compound responsible for the savory, delicious taste known as umami.  Not bothering to scoop them out will result to a more flavorful salsa.
