You know what’s best for fried chicken?  Avocado oil.  If you’re trying to achieve a brown crusty sear on chicken or other meat, the key is to use an oil that can withstand high temperatures.  Avocado oil can be heated without scorching and frying at very high temperature forms a nice crust.  And the best thing is the meat absorbs less oil and gives your food a buttery flavor.
