For a tender tastier steak try this recipe:  Combine q cup of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of cumin, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro; pour over the beef.  Cover; refrigerate for 4 hours, then prepare as desired.  The lactic acid in yogurt will break down the meat’s connective fibers while its creamy consistency helps the seasoning meld.
