Parsley and cilantro add bright flavors to a lot of dishes but it takes time to pick the leaves off the bunch.  The easier way?  Hold the herbs in one hand, then with the other hand, rake the tines of a dinner fork through the herbs to pull off the leaves.  Any remaining large stems can easily be picked out.
