After a week in your fridge, your asparagus looks limp.  Don’t throw them out just yet because you can still save it.  Simply cut a thin slice off the stem ends and place the stalks upright in a glass of ice water.  Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.  The water will replenish lost moisture while the plastic will keep wilt-causing oxygen out.
