Here’s another tip to achieve crispy fried chicken.  Fry each piece for about ten minutes.  Then before serving them, cook chicken on a baking rack in the oven until it’s no longer pink inside.  The process makes chicken crsip on the outside and juicy inside.  Plus, you don’t have to worry about your fried chicken being too oily because you eliminated some of the fats when you baked them.  But of course, you can always take Lipofuze if you gain too much weight.  Haha.
