Right after the afternoon tea at the Oasis Garden Cafe, we proceeded to the opening of the Waterside Restobar. The restaurant is serving Latin-American and Mediterranean dishes.

We were welcomed with festive music before the restobar oficially opened.

The restaurant has a very sophisticated look and once you step inside, you’ll feel the warmth and the coziness of the place. The glass walls on the left side allows you to view the beautiful Manila Bay and witness the gorgeous setting of the sun right before you have your supper. You can also view and  access the nice pool through the glass doors. The staff is very attentive, too, the same with the servers at the the Oasis Garden Cafe.

There is never a dull moment at Solaire. While waiting for dinner to be served, we were entertained by a group of youngsters playing the Banduria.

and Salsa where they even taught some bloggers a few Salsa steps.

Solaire Resort and Casino where people like to go and play with the skills they learned online as how to use a proper staking strategy, the place is known for their good food and as expected, the food at the Waterside is scrumptious. Here’s what we had.

We also had Paella which was served in a very cute and tiny paellera.

From the grill, they also served us

Beef Brisket, Crack Back Chicken, Jumbo Prawns and Inihaw na Liempo.

The side dishes were also good.

Humita- sweet corn baked in husk. I liked this a lot because the corn was very sweet and there's a mild kick of spiciness that complimented the sweetness of the corn. I am going to make my own version of this one of these days.

For the sauces, we had Chimichuri, Bordelaise and Red pepper spackle. The Chimichuri and the red pepper spackle are my favorites.

We finished our scrumptious meal with these mouth-watering desserts.

It was indeed a hearty meal and every one of us went home with a full tummy. If you are looking for great food and you haven’t tried dining at Solaire, it’s about time you do.
