It was already late at night when we dropped by the place. Hubs, Joey and I fetched my sister who went out with some of her friends. Before heading home, we decided to pass by Project Pie because the boys were hungry. Boys! They are always hungry! 🙂 It was near closing time when we came, so we were the only customers. Earlier, when we dropped her off to meet her friends, the place was jam packed and the line was unbelievably long. I guess that’s what made my boys really curious about Project Pie, aside from the fact that they love pizza.
For Php 285, the pizza is fairly priced I would say. Although, it is not so big, it’s enough to keep you full. If you’re a big eater, one pizza may not be enough for you. The fun part of dining at Project Pie is you get to make your own pizza. You can choose all the toppings you want.
We weren’t so brave that night and we didn’t want to waste a lot of time fussing about our pizzas so we decided to go for their custom built pizzas.
The super friendly staff.
Now, that oven is really, really hot. Two minutes are all you need and your pizza is ready to go.
The pizzas that we had were all great. And the crust? Thin and crispy, just the way I like it.
