The easiest way to lose belly fat fast without sweating it out is to drink two plant-protein smoothies daily (one for breakfast and one for lunch).  Then enjoy a generous dinner of lean protein paired with unlimited steamed green vegetables and salad.  You can have a third smoothie if you’re still hungry on the plan.  🙂  You can also add one tablespoon of a healthy oil like flaxseed or walnut to the two smoothies.  The healthy fatty acids in these oils apparently block hunger-triggering hormones from binding to brain receptors, preventing food cravings for up to four hours.
