Here’s my favorite coleslaw recipe. My family loves this with pulled pork.
1) Finely dice cabbage and carrots. Place cabbage and carrot mixture into large bowl and add minced onions.
2) Using regular blade on food processor, process remaining ingredients until smooth.
3) Pour over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
4) Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
