Have you pushed yourself through so many diets and workouts and still can’t find one that works?  I have, and it only got me frustrated because the pounds just keep on going back.

I know diet pills are not the only solution, but it seems to me the easiest.  I’m beginning to read reviews to see which one will work best for me.  I’m looking for something that will curb my cravings and boost my metabolism but still give me energy.  As soon as I find one, I will tell you more about it.

  1. I know how you feel about diets they are horrible! I ended up creating a diet to work for me and have put several other people on it and it has worked for them. The thing I hate about diets is it either leaves you very hungry or the food has no taste. I am going to do some posts on it but in general heres what I did:

    The most important thing is to divide your body weight into half and drink that in oz. and if you drink anthing other than water you have to drink that much more in water.
    Take away the two things that are making you overweight for me that was fried foods and sweets. I ate almost as much as I wanted and for desserts I subsituted stuff like sugar free fat free pudding and other guilt free desserts.

    The only diet pills I would recommend would be alli because they are fda approved. Although they do have some pretty nasty side affects…
