My mom turned 60 this year, and for the first time in her life, she complained of an achy knee. She is limping and her left knee is inflamed. I had to remind her though that not because she is feeling better, she can go back to her old ‘fatty’ diet. She loves dairy (milk, butter and cheese), coffee, tea and eggplant. Oh, she can drink cups and cups of coffee and tea daily! That has got to stop mom because no matter how effective your meds are, the pain will keep coming back if you don’t at least lessen your intake. Those are drinks are healthy of course, but too much of a good thing isn’t good.
