The holiday is over and everything is back to normal… except for the food. We’re still feasting on the leftover last New Year. Oh no, I’m not complaining. It’s actually only now that I get to enjoy the food. During the Media Noche I was overwhelmed with the different aromas of the food we prepared in the kitchen and I didn’t have the appetite to eat. All I had was a small “balat” (skin of Roasted Pig) of Lechon and a custaroon. These are the food we had for our Media Noche.
And of course, what’s a feast without the sweet enders?
