On the verge of losing their home after losing his job, my husband’s friend is so desperate.  He has three kids and one will be entering college this coming school year.  The wife is a stay at home mom and earns a little through blogging.  But it is not enough to support their family.  Being down to not even a full month’s salary is making him so desperate.  Who wouldn’t be?  If I were in his shoes, I wouldn’t know what to do either especially during this time that the odds of landing a good job is very slim.

Although he has received several calls from his job applications, he is still not sure if he’ll be able to get one immediately.  Hubs suggested he hires an Atlanta Bankruptcy Attorney if he wants to save their home.  A good lawyer can help them work out a compromise with his creditor. Although, if you file bankruptcy in Wisconsin you might have to jump through a few more hoops as the laws there are more strict.  Being out of job, he won’t be able to pay the mortgage at the moment so it will help a lot if he comes into agreement with the bank.

I’m sure he won’t be forever jobless, but at least this will give him time to work out things and get back on his feet.  Many of us are suffering from financial turmoil because of the economy crisis but it’s nice to know that there are people who can help.
