1.  Preheat oven to 350°.

2.  Place chicken fillets on a baking tray and season with dried oregano, salt, and freshly cracked pepper.  Drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.  Healthier option: remove the skin from the chicken.

3.  Serve hot with steamed or fried rice and fresh salad on the side.
