beef and tofu

This one is really simple. Simply coat beef strips with flour then stirfry. Set aside. Do the same with tofu squares. Put back the beef strips in the pan together with the fried tofu squares. Add 1/2 cup of water then season with oyster sauce. Add a mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken sauce. Sprinkle with spring onions. Serve with steamed or garlic fried rice.
