This is one of the easiest and yummiest beef dishes I ever did.  I snagged the recipe from japanesefood.about.com.




Mix grated apple, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Marinate beef in the sauce for about 30 minutes.  Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on high heat and fry onion slices until almost softened. Add marinated beef and fry until cooked through. Adjust the flavor with some soy sauce.
