This one is really yummy and very easy to prepare.
1) Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until slightly brown then add onions.
2) Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Then add carrots, chayote, green peas and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes.
3) Season with salt and pepper then add the cornstarch mixture. As soon as the sauce gets sticky, add the quail eggs.
4) Serve with steamed rice.
