This is one of the easiest ways to cook Tilapia.  You simply fry the fish then pour the salsa over them.  Yummy!  🙂

Ingredients:

Procedure:

1)  In a large pan, heat oil on medium high.  Fry Tilapia one at a time, then set aside.

2)  In a separate sauce pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil.  Sautè garlic, onion, ginger and tomatoes, about 5 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

3)  Arrange fried tilapia on a platter or large plate then pour salsa on top.

4)  Serve hot with garlic or steamed rice.
