This recipe works great for chicken too!



1)  Heat grill to medium heat.  In bowl, combine olive oil, grill rub, assorted herbs and garlic.

2)  Season pork roast with salt and fresh ground black pepper, if desired.  Brush herb mixture evenly over roast.

3)  Place roast on coolest part of the grill.  Cover and grill i hour, or until thermometer inserted reads 160°F.  Let sit 15 minutes before slicing.  Arrange roast on serving platter over salad greens, if desired.
