I got this recipe from basic-recipes.com. But instead of taking off the legs and shell I left them on for better presentation. Crabs are messy to eat but they’re really yummy.
To cook crabs, place in boiling water with salt, crab boil and lemons for 20 minutes. Wash the crabs. Break in half if small, quarters if large. Slice lemons and squeeze. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, celery, and parsley and pour over crabs. Turn occasionally while marinating.
