I’ve tried a lot of recipes for Peking Pork Chops but I find the recipe from allrecipes.com the yummiest and the easiest.



Trim excess fat from pork chops and place in slow cooker. Mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl and pour over meat. Cover, turn to low and cook 4 to 6 hours, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.

    Hi! How authentic is the taste compared to the dish that you would order at a Chinese restaurant? I’ve been searching for a simple “pork chops in Peking sauce” recipe. I think this recipe is the easiest one in the sense that I do not need to make an extra trip to the supermarket for an ingredient that may just get old in my pantry. Eager to try it with some thinly cut pieces of fried pork. Yum!
