Directions:

1)  In skillet over medium high heat, cook carrots in 1/4 cups water 2 minutes, or until water evaporates.

2)  Add next 4 ingredients.  Cook 2 minutes , stirring occasionally.

3)  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cook 2 minutes.

4)  Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
