Al Bap is a type of Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice topping), but instead of using meat, egg roe is used to make it tastier.  They make the best Al Bap at Cafe Monaco, Ortigas.

Linking up with Mandarin Orange Monday, Mellow Yellow Monday, and Wordless Wednesday.
