This dish is similar to Pancit Canton, the only difference is Ilonggo noodle is used.  This noodle is also known as the local linguine.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

1)  Sautè garlic, onion, and chicken meat in a saucepan. Add the vegetables and simmer with the broth.   Season with soy sauce and pepper. Add noodles and cook until a bit dry.  Serve immediately with calamansi or lemon.
