I got the recipe from the label of the beef sauce.  It was good and very easy to prepare.  Perfect for those who don’t have much time to cook.

Ingredients:

Sprinkle beef with 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt and peppercorns.  Saute in olive oil over high heat until brown.  Add garlic, mushrooms and chives, then saute for 5 minutes.  Add pasta sauce, pasta brith and salt to taste.  Simmer for 5 minutes.  Pour over cooked pasta.  Top with cheese.  Makes 13 servings.
