I got his recipe from Cooks.com but instead of scallops and shrimps I substituted squid, clams and mussels.



Saute scallops and/or shrimp and set aside. Add half & half to garlic and butter. Add 1/4 cup sherry. Simmer 45 minutes during the last 3 inches add scallops and turn off heat. Add 2 cups of cheese just before serving and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Serve over spinach noodles with bread and salad.

    This looks amazing! I adore both clams and mussels and it’s nice to shy away from the standard shrimp and scallops which are often overused I think. I can’t wait to try this recipe myself!
