I was recently sent a kitchen digital scale complimentary of Tmart for testing purposes. I’ve been meaning to buy a digital scale that I can use in the kitchen, not just for weighing meats before freezing but for my diet. I’d like to start the year right and begin eating smaller portions. I can easily do that with the help of a small scale. The old one that I had was big and bulky and it won’t work with meal portioning.

The Digital Weight Kitchen Food Diet Scale arrived a couple of days after I was informed by tmart.com that it was shipped. That’s pretty fast considering it came all the way from the US!

I got the blue one; it’s thin, it’s sleek and it looks really nice. Everyone at home was excited to try it. It’s battery operated and uses 2 AAA batteries.

The on/off button is on the right and the button on the left is for the unit options. It’s very easy to operate and accurate, too.

As you can see in the photos, I tried switching from metric to English and I did that by simply clicking on the unit options button. The LCD is bright and the numbers are big enough for me to read even without my glasses. From the photos, it looked like there were scratches but those were from the plastic covering. I have not removed it and I don’t intend to just yet because it also serves as a protective covering.

What I like about the Digital Weight Kitchen Food Diet Scale?

Everything! It’s beautiful, stylish, small, light, compact and very easy to use. If you need to use a container to weigh an item; you simply place the container on the scale, then turn it on. When the LCD light goes on, it automatically resets to zero. Cool, isn’t it? Gone are the days when you have to turn a knob to reset the scale to zero so the loading plate’s weight won’t count. This kitchen scale makes everything easy for you.

What I don’t like about the Digital Weight Kitchen Food Diet Scale?

There is nothing I don’t like about this handy kitchen scale. In fact, I am fully satisfied with it.

Would I recommend it?

Definitely. It’s perfect for all your kitchen measuring needs and also perfect for those who are trying to eat in portions like me. You can even use it to measure other stuff like mails and jewelries, just as long as your items won’t exceed 5 kilograms. Digital scales can be purchased online through Tmart. Just click on the links to be directed to the website.
