Sometimes I modify them, but often, we just enjoy the recipe as it is.
My latest find? Hah, you’ll be surprised. It’s the big fat duck cookbook. It’s from Heston Blumenthal himself! The man behind the famous restaurant, The Fat Duck, voted twice as the Best Restaurant in the World by a peer group of top chefs. In the big fat duck cookbook, we will learn the history of his famous restaurant and his way to success. Fifty of his signature recipes are also featured in the book – sardine on toast sorbet, salmon poached with liquorice, hot and iced tea, chocolate wine, and many more. The book also features contributions from other well-known chefs, and it’s packed with incredible colour photographs throughout, illustrations by Dave McKean, multiple ribbons, real cloth binding and a gorgeous slip case. You’re going to feel like a real chef with this book! Oh, I can’t wait to try them.
