A lot of things make Olivia’s Taste stand head and shoulders above the other Polish restaurants Chicago offers.  Yes, the food is authentic and delicious, but there’s a lot more to it than that.  Instead of focusing on its menu, its reasonable prices or its convenient Chicago location, this article is going to concentrate on the atmosphere and stellar service you’ll find when you dine at this family owned and operated restaurant.

You see, being family owned and operated is a lot more important to a restaurant than you might think.  The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and convivial.  Instead of feeling like you’re in a cookie-cutter “eating factory” where the servers rush you in and out as soon as possible, the staff at Olivia’s Taste actually encourages you to take your time, relax with your family and friends, and enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.  You’ll never feel like you’re “just another customer” when you’re dining at Olivia’s Taste.

After you go back to Olivia’s Taste a few times, you’ll get to know your servers on a personal level.  You’ll be treated like you’re a family member.  Wouldn’t it make you feel great to be greeted by name as you walk in the door?  You will be, if you become one of the “regulars” at Olivia’s Taste!  Dining there is a much different experience than you’d get at most Chicago restaurants.

The fact that this Polish restaurant is family owned and operated means you’ll get better, more personal-feeling service than you would at most of the city’s other restaurants.  And then there’s the food!  We’d be remiss if we didn’t at least mention it.  Everything is prepared using traditional Polish recipes and the freshest, finest ingredients.  When you’re dining at Olivia’s Taste, you’ll never get the “same old food” you could get at hundreds of other Chicago restaurants.

Great service, a friendly, home-like, family atmosphere, and the delicious, traditional, authentic Polish items on the menu, all combine to make Olivia’s Taste one of the best and most popular Polish restaurants Chicago has to offer.  Why not stop by one day and check it out for yourself?  Olivia’s Taste is closed every Monday (everybody deserves at least one day off every week!), but opens at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday.  Closing time is 9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and every Sunday, but the restaurant stays open until 1:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday if you’re looking for some tasty late-night noshing.
