Here’s a twist to what we commonly have as Sinangag or Fried Garlic Rice. It’s usually made from left over rice but because my family loves it so much, left over rice won’t be enough. I have to cook a new batch just for this.
1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until slightly brown.
2. Add rice and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the parsley.
3. Add the seasoning powder and cook for 3 minutes more. Serve hot.
