java rice



1)  In a wok, heat oil.  Then add cooked rice.

2)  Add bell pepper, ketchup and soy sauce.

3)  Mix until rice becomes yellowish-orange in color.

4)  Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.  Serve hot.
