I’ve tried making this one before with pork and oyster sauce, not with real oysters. This time I made it with real oysters sans pork. Twas yummy! 🙂 🙂 🙂

1) Heat a pan with oil and sautè all the veggies, 1 or 2 minutes.
2) Add the rice and stir well, separating the grains with chopsticks or spatula, for about 3 minutes.
3) When the rice is well coated with oil, add the oysters and oyster sauce then continue to stir for 1 minute more.
4) Turn off heat and transfer fried rice onto a platter or shallow bowl.Yum
