1)  Combine all seasonings in  a small bowl and rub evenly over roast.

2)  Place meat in a 6-quart slow cooker.  Add water.  Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours or until pork is very tender.

3)  Place pork on large cutting board or platter and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.  Pull, slice or chop.  Serve in buns with barbecue sauce and top with a slice of cheese, if desired.  This sandwich goes well with french fries and coleslaw.
