Simple and yummy. This is how I describe this dish.




1)  Put crabs and 7-up in a pan.  When crabs turn red, add the cheese.

2)  Season with salt and pepper.

3)  Serve with steamed rice.

    I had this a while ago at Tropicana. I thought I wouldn’t like it but it tasted okay. Still, it goes against my sensibilities to mix crabs and cheese.
